We advise, assist and represent companies in studies and investigations on exclusionary and displacement behaviors. We have done so in cases of exclusive distribution, refusal to deal, tied sales, price discrimination, cross-subsidies, price predation and resale prices, among others, in the telecommunications, promotion and production of mass events, distribution channels, and supermarkets sectors.

At the time, as officials of the competition authority, we issued and promoted the application of economic and legal criteria to objectively distinguish unilateral competitive and monopolistic conducts.
