We advise, assist and represent companies and individuals in investigations of collusive agreements. We have done so in cases involving public sector procurement, retail distribution, financial services, among others.

Our services include:

• Investigation stage: Attention to and execution of verification visits, information requirements and subpoenas to appear before the investigative authority, as well as requests for the immunity program.
• Stage of the proceeding followed in the form of a trial: the defense during this stage of the persons accused of probable liability in collusive agreements.

At the time, as officers of the competition authority, we were leaders of the cases that gave rise to the current SCJN jurisprudence on the use of indirect evidence and economic analysis in the investigation of collusive agreements.
